Corinne joined CMI in 2006 as managing director of the Charlotte, NC office and took over the firm in 2021. With 23+ years of corporate meeting management experience, she has led sales conferences, domestic and international incentive programs, tradeshows, and high-end client hospitality across Europe, South America, Asia, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean — for clients from associations to the Fortune 500. Recognized for her attention to detail, creativity, and calm client focus, she is an active SITE member, served four years on its Board, and was 2010 President of the award-winning SITE Southeast chapter. She holds a BS in Marketing from Clemson University.

With more than 17 years of industry experience, Nick has worked as a web programmer and software product lead at the University of Montana, Smurfit-Stone Container Corp, and EbixLife. He brings a customer-driven approach to every meeting and event and is dedicated to making each one a success. Nick holds an MBA in Supply Chain Logistics from Penn State University and a BA in Marketing, Management, and Information Systems from the University of Montana. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pam has 30 years of event management experience, producing training institutes, incentive programs, leadership conferences, and annual meetings across many industries. Thorough, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve seamless, high-quality events, she focuses on program design, development, and management, and serves as the firm's comptroller overseeing operations and staffing. Prior to founding CM&I, Pam worked in education, journalism, and food & beverage marketing. She earned a BS in Education from the University of Connecticut and served 10 years on the board of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).

At CM&I his focus is business development, marketing, client relations, and vendor negotiations. Jim holds a BS in Education and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
